NMine LLC ("NMine," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides cryptocurrency mining hardware hosting services to customers worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website at nmine.org, create an account on the NMine Dashboard, purchase hardware from us, or use our hosting services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using our Services or providing us with your personal information, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with how we handle personal information, please do not use our Services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all customers, regardless of location. Customers located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom, Canada, and California have additional rights described in Sections 9 and 10.

When you create an account or sign a hosting agreement, we collect:

3.2 Identity Verification and KYC Information
To comply with anti-money laundering, sanctions, and know-your-customer ("KYC") obligations, we may collect:
• Government-issued identification documents (passport, driver's license, national ID)
• Proof of address documents
• Proof of beneficial ownership for entities
• Source of funds documentation
• Any other information required to verify your identity or comply with applicable law
This information is collected only when required by our compliance obligations or when we have a reasonable basis to request it under our hosting agreement.
3.3 Financial and Payment Information
When you make payments for hardware purchases or hosting services, we collect:
• Bank account details for wire and ACH transfers (account number, routing number, bank name)
• Cryptocurrency wallet addresses used for payment
• Transaction reference numbers and payment history
We do not store credit or debit card numbers. We do not use third-party payment processors for credit card transactions at this time.
3.4 Mining and Hardware Configuration Information
To provide the hosting service, we collect and process:
• Mining pool addresses and credentials
• Wallet addresses designated to receive mining rewards
• Worker names and configuration details ("Mining Information")
• Hardware make, model, serial numbers, and performance data
• Hashrate, uptime, and efficiency metrics for your hardware
3.5 Communications
When you contact us or correspond with us, we collect:
• Email content and metadata
• Support tickets and chat transcripts
• Any other information you voluntarily provide in communications
3.6 Technical and Usage Data
When you visit our website or use the NMine Dashboard, we automatically collect:
• IP address and approximate geographic location

• Pages visited, time spent, and actions taken on the Dashboard
• Referring URLs

4. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
4.1 Providing and Managing the Services

• Processing hardware purchases and coordinating delivery to our facilities
• Configuring and operating your mining hardware
• Issuing invoices and processing payments
• Communicating with you about your account, hardware status, and service updates
• Enforcing our Master Hosting Agreement

• Screening against OFAC and other applicable sanctions lists

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications (invoices, service alerts, legal notices).
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA or United Kingdom, we process your personal information under the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"):
Performance of a Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): Processing your account information, hardware details, mining configuration, and payment information is necessary to provide the hosting service under our Master Hosting Agreement.
Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): Processing your KYC/AML information, sanctions screening data, and law enforcement cooperation is required to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f)): We process technical and usage data, communications, and fraud prevention data based on our legitimate interests in operating a secure and efficient platform, preventing fraud, and improving our services. We have assessed that these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): We process your personal information for marketing communications only where you have given your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
6.1 Law Enforcement and Legal Process
As stated in our Master Hosting Agreement (Section 6.3(f)), we may disclose your information to law enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, or government authorities without prior notice when required or permitted by applicable law or in response to valid legal process. We will not notify you of such disclosure where prohibited by law.
6.2 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, including:
• Email and communication service providers
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
• Analytics providers
• Legal, accounting, and professional advisors
All service providers are required to handle your information in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection law. We do not permit service providers to use your information for their own purposes.
6.3 Business Transfers
If NMine is involved in a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will provide notice of any such transfer and the privacy choices available to you.
6.4 Protecting Rights and Safety

NMine stores and processes personal information on servers located in the United States, Canada, and the European Union. If you are located in the EEA or United Kingdom, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries that do not provide the same level of data protection as your home country, including the United States.
Where we transfer personal information from the EEA or United Kingdom to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs") approved by the European Commission, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. 8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to maintain an active customer relationship, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Specifically:
• Account and identity information: retained for the duration of your hosting relationship and for seven (7) years after termination, to comply with financial recordkeeping obligations.
• KYC and compliance documentation: retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the customer relationship, or longer as required by applicable AML/KYC law.
• Payment and transaction records: retained for seven (7) years after the relevant transaction, consistent with standard financial recordkeeping requirements.
• Mining configuration data: retained for the duration of the hosting relationship and for two (2) years after termination.
• Communications and support records: retained for three (3) years after the relevant communication.
• Technical and usage data: retained for up to two (2) years.
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize your personal information. If we are unable to delete information due to legal, regulatory, or technical constraints, we will isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

9.1 Rights for EU/EEA and UK Customers (GDPR / UK GDPR)
